this is to inform you that an exciting new research agenda on global cooperation has been launched by the Käte Hamburger Kolleg at University of Essen-Duisburg in Germany. The programme provides generous funding for FELLOWSHIPS to engage into interdiscplinary thinking about global problems and governance approaches to address them. Polycentricity is one of the core themes of the agenda. We should all watch out for this! The discussion is only just beginning.
