A new Project headed by University of Osnabrück with collaboration by DIE-GDI Germany and Uni Kassel has been approved. It will address questions concerning the determinants of steering capacity in water Management. Anyone working on water should watch out – we hope to soon build a lively community concerned not least with Nexus Governance – around the Steer Project.
